At Holyheads, we do not offer returns or refunds. We only provide exchanges, subject to the terms mentioned below.
Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are accepted only in cases of size issues or if the product is received damaged or defective.

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Damaged / Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos of the issue.
Once verified, an exchange will be initiated.
Shipping for Exchanges

In case of a defect or incorrect item sent by us, the exchange shipping will be handled by Holyheads.

For size-related exchanges, shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
