Return & Exchange Policy

At Holyheads, we do not offer returns or refunds. We only provide exchanges, subject to the terms mentioned below.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges are accepted only in cases of size issues or if the product is received damaged or defective.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size/product.

Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept exchanges or returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Style or color preferences

  • Minor fitting issues based on personal comfort

  • Products showing signs of use, wash, or damage after delivery

Damaged / Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos of the issue.
Once verified, an exchange will be initiated.

Shipping for Exchanges

  • In case of a defect or incorrect item sent by us, the exchange shipping will be handled by Holyheads.

  • For size-related exchanges, shipping charges may be borne by the customer.

Important Notes

  • We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.

  • Holyheads reserves the right to approve or reject any exchange request after inspection.

  • All decisions made by Holyheads regarding exchanges are final.
